Art with Darlene
Art has been part of my life for many years, although like many creative journeys, mine has included seasons of making art and seasons of stepping away from it.
Now I’m returning to painting with curiosity rather than expectation—exploring familiar techniques, trying new ones, and allowing myself to enjoy the process without needing to know exactly where it will lead.
I’ll be sharing some of that journey here, including paintings, works in progress, and occasional live painting sessions. Some pieces may also become available for purchase as this new chapter unfolds.

Painting Live with Mama D
Come paint with me—or simply pull up a chair and watch.
I’m returning to the studio and sharing the journey as it happens: experimenting, remembering what I once knew, learning new things, making mistakes, and seeing where the paint takes us.
Watch for upcoming live painting sessions and join me in the studio.
The Atelier
My home studio is also becoming a gathering place for small, intimate art experiences—a place to paint, experiment, talk, and create in good company.
More information about upcoming Atelier experiences will be added as they develop.
